Pastor Mark Love

Pastor Mark Love grew up in a godly preacher’s home from Michigan. Mark graduated from Maranatha Baptist Bible College which today is Maranatha Baptist University in 1977. His BA degree was in Bible and Pastoral Studies while he minored in Greek. He then went on for future graduate work at Tennessee Temple Theological Seminary and transferred to Bob Jones University’s graduate school where he earned a MA in Bible in 1979. He went on to be an assistant pastor at Inter-City Baptist Church in Allen Park, Michigan. In 1981 he became the camp Director at Camp CoBeAc in Prudenville, Michigan where he served for 22 years. God moved him to be the discipleship pastor at Hillsdale Baptist Church in Tampa Florida in June of 2003. The Lord moved in his life to become the pastor at Colchester Bible Baptist Church in June of 2006 where he has served until the present. Mark and his wife Brenda have been married for over 37 years. They have four grown children serving the Lord in Michigan, South Carolina, and Virginia. They have been blessed with 6 grandchildren and one on the way. Mark and Brenda’s prayer is found in Ps.67:1; 68:28, “God be merciful to us and bless us and cause your face to shine upon us. Strengthen oh God that which thou has wrought for us.”
